This is the worst bank that is supposed to be for the working person but it’s not. Trying to get anything from this bank especially if you don’t speak Spanish is awfully. Customer service sucks! They are always in a meeting… they lie for no reason… this bank is a joke! I give this bank negative 5 stars. I had business and personal accounts. They charged me an overdraft fee for trying to setup my business account to my Square account! And that’s just one horror story!

This bank started to not honor our big bill payments when we clearly had money in the account. Sending mail that said we could not honor your payment for the reasons listed below with no reasons. We got all the letters late and it completely bombed our credit score. When I called they gave me the run around every time untill I got somebody outside the bank from a call center who couldn't even find evidence of any the above happening and could be of no help. They even told us to leave this bank. Thanks for killing our credit score and robbing us of a few hundred dollars in overdraft fees when there was always money in the account.

I was pleased with the results. I went into this credit union to get a personal loan for housing repair. Spoke to Daisy, lovely lady. She worked with me to help me get an approval. I was given my results within a weeks time. I would recommend this credit union to friends and family.

I set up an account with this bank over a month ago and I still have not received my debit card in the mail. I have direct deposit set up with them and now my check is sitting in my account, INACCESSIBLE, and they are not open AT ALL on the weekend. Ridiculous to say the least! If I could give 0 star rating I would.
