Crews Bank & Trust, Arcadia, FL

They both continue to go way beyond the call if duty for their customers. Just wanted to let this institution know how valuable they are and how grateful and thankful your customer are to have faith and trust in these two ladies.

I have banked here for over 20 years. I have both personal and business accounts with Crews Bank & Trust, my experience with their employees is always pleasant. They have amazing customer service and always go above and beyond to help with any banking needs I may have.

Do not try to get a business account here if, you are black the business manager not to confuse her with the branch manager. will try to find any reason not to open your account. I went here on Monday the women ask me did I want to do it now or. I can leave and she will have it done for me tomorrow. I decided to leave so the next day she called. And told me that. She can’t open the account because they don’t open accounts for business who wash employees clothes. And would not give a detailed explanation. It’s very racist here. I feel sorry for the black branch manager. They probably want him to go so bad.
