Always willing to listen to my questions and concerns and really making the process very effortless. There were times where I did not believe it was going to happen. Melanie and team has been great along with the whole process. throughout the day i don't have access to a computer due to work but i was easily able to complete 95% of the paperwork on my phone. only one paper needed a physical signature for the loan process. Jacqualin was amazing answering my questions, getting my paperwork in order, keeping me updated and well informed through the entire process. she was also available after hours which i appreciated greatly. thanks again for the great job.
