I was looking to get a car loan and was new to the whole process and had no idea on where to begin going in, but after talking with Steven Patiño I was left extremely happy and satisfied with his help. Steven did an amazing job explaining and helping me through the entire process and answered all and any questions I had. He was very helpful and nice and was able to get everything done quickly and efficiently!

Phenomenal service and expertise. Mr. Patino is by far the most helpful and caring bank representative i’ve ever encountered. I am owner of a few stores in fort myers and required some loans for fixing the damage left after huricane Ian. Steven was able to accurately and effectively describe the available options and solutions for my particular case. I am grateful for the service and will definitely continue my business with this branch.

This is a untrustworthy bank, it’s not secured, they steal your money. All around awful bank. Can’t tell you how many times my account been scammed and this bank does nothing about it for their customers. Ohhhhhh btw is dispute things fellow customers just know even though your money was stolen from you and after a bank investigate it they should return your funds. No! They provide you with temporary funds and later on take it away from you when their convenience. Even though your money was stolen. Sun coast will turn around and steal it back.
