Access loans was a savior at first for me. When I needed the loan they approved me. Push forward now, I keep getting refinancing offers from them saying I can refinance my loan. I’ve made all payments on time, never missed a payment being that it comes directly out my check thru allotment payments. So I have excellent payment history with them. But when I go to apply for refinancing I keep getting denied. First time they say my most recent paystub was too low. They denied me and said I could reapply a month later. I tried again this time I have too many inquiries and supposedly not enough credit history. Mind you I only have 3 inquiries on my credit and I have good mix of credit history. I spoke with a representative about my denials and they couldn’t give me a legitimate answer why I was denied. Just said the system automatically denied me. I can come back in 60 days to reapply again! How 60 days when my loan will be paid off before 60 days. I only owe 166 dollars left on the loan. Reading other reviews it seems this happens to everyone trying to refinance. They all get denied. What’s the point of sending refinance offers if your company is going to deny them every time. Just a waste of time. And I need the money right now for the holiday.

Best loan I received from a loan company. They're fast, accurate and have great customer service. I'll recommend them to anyone looking to get a loan.

Don't waste your time. They refinance you 2 times and then will keep denying you and the process is so long before you get refinanced. BMG Money is way better
