OneMain Financial, Boynton Beach, FL

One main has been false reporting to the credit bureau causing my credit to decrease every month. They refuse to change it, in fact the posted this month as late before my payment is even due

The help I got was amazing! I did everything over the phone and had money in my account the next day. I don't remember who I worked with and sorry I don't but the manager and associate went above and beyond explaining all steps needed, they took their time, and called right back. I will come back to them in the future for sure!

one main is a bad place to get a loan. they will give you the funds but they take a month to release your lean on your property. how is that I spoke with the dmv I had an electronic title it does not take that long. when you call you get lies. the first payoff check from my bank the lady with the accent threw it away. the next one I order sitting in the office with them came in two days wow how was that. please do not use them they are not honest folks in the Boynton beach branch.

My wife doesn’t speak English very well and they just treated her very bad. She tried to ask them to speak with me with her’s authorization but the representative was very rude and impolite. Very very disappointed. Not considering the tons of mail advertising they are sending to our home.

I have to give it up to Rachael. She an amazing example of great customer customer. Her empathy and and compassion made this disabke veteran feel at ease theubthe process. People like Rachael is why I continue doing business with OneMain
