BUYER BEWARE!! We financed our original home loan with Dave at Embrace 1-1/2 years ago. In October of 2019 we refinanced with Embrace being shown that we are going to save around $170 per month. After the apparent mistakes made by our loan officer and Embrace's closing agent, not only do we now have to pay $0.50 more per month than our original payment, but we are now short almost $1,000 in escrow and their agent did not collect $2300 in property taxes, both of which are due immediately. On top of that, we are out over $3,000 that we paid to refinance and after 6 attempts via email and telephone, we cannot get our loan officer to even call us to address this situation. Thank you Embrace for swindeling us out of thousands of dollars. Hopefully others read this and do not make the same mistake we did.
