Was lied to about cashing in a money order I was charged a 3.00 fee for enrolling into one of their cards when I already had one the resentative told me I was $11 to cash in a money when she really had an extra $3 for enrolling me I to a card THAT IS BAD FOR Business, and and also liing and cheating customers

Jacqueline was amazing since the moment she answered the phone to assisting me with cashing a money order was 10/10! She needs a raise

Wow! What can I say about store 3228? I am beyond impressed with this location and the amazing kind hearted women they have in charge of the store. Jacqueline! She is very kind and treats all customer with love and care! She always has a smile on her face and is always ready to help anyone in need. She provides the best customer service I’ve ever seen within the ACE in my area! She is truly a kind heart, loving and amazing hard worker! She NEEDS A PROMOTION! ASAP! She does her job and way more! Jacqueline Rosado has been superb she has gone above and beyond that's the reason I been coming back. It feels good knowing I'm going to be taken care of as soon as I go in. Other places it feels like they want to take advantage of u. Need to have more people like her.
