This is a terrible Credit Union. No empathy of towards customer or understanding. I am done with the nickle and dining to this credit u ion and on the search for a more reputable with w. Better reputation for its practices customer service practices.

Signing up for a membership is the best decision I ever made in my life on my road to Financial stability and success. They have help me build my credit score tremendously with there loan products. When you join this credit union your family in your treated as such with ever single transaction rather it be banking or loan products. I will always be a part of this family and do my primary banking here. Been a member for 20 years I love this place.

I have had AMAZING experiences at the Brandon Location. I have been a member on and off at the credit union for over 20 years—receiving nothing but impressive service. Recently I lost my mom, and they were wonderful with assisting our family in getting her financial affairs in order prior to passing. When she passed, they continued to work with my dad to assist him in getting the financial affairs in order after the loss of his wife, my mom. They displayed empathy through all interactions with our family, and continue to work with us for any financial needs. Great office, outstanding customer service, and extraordinary staff! I began my membership with Elizabeth Chavez who was amazing, cordial, and always smiling to now dealing with Heather Windell who is carrying the torch with grace and humility. Heather is just as cheerful and encouraging!! She kept smiles on our faces through a very difficult time in the loss of the matriarch of our family with her empathy and professionalism. THANK YOU to Heather and the entire staff there at the Brandon location! You have a lifelong member in me!!!

Florida west coast credit union is by far the easiest credit Union to obtain a loan for a car. They are fast ,professional and provide sound advice during the loan process. I can’t thank Justin deskin and Rebecca Gonzalo enough. Justin checked on me several times through the process to see if I have any questions. He also gave me sound financial advice about the loan and tips and tricks when dealing with the dealership. Rebecca made closing the loan quick and easy.
