These people are very patient. They waited as much as they could and worked with me on payments when I was late. This is unheard off in most loan options. The interest rate only increased once! They cannot be commended enough.

Terrible customer service. Jesus is extremely slow and tried doing multiple things while I stood there waiting.

Super clean and professional, Marlina is very friendly and helpful!

Worst customer service ever. I waited patiently for my turn in line only to be not taken care of I'm the order in which I came in the door.. I'll never go to Amscott again or use Western Union.

Not recommended, there is this employee who is extremely rude and very unprofessional, not going back.

This is the worst amscot I've been to. I went to possibly get a loan, and the guy behind the counter had the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. The manager was no better. Amscot, you can do way better. I'm never going back to that Amscot ever again.
