I Just Love This Bank From Day One Every One Have Been So Friendly They Make You Feel Like Each Customer Is Special I Have Not Seen That In A Bank In Years I Been To Both Branches In Brooksville Both Are Awesome So I Would Love To Say To Both Branches Keep Up The Awesome Job

They've made a lot of improvements since we started banking with them a year ago. Being able to deposit cash and checks at the ATM now is so nice. Customer service is always superb!!

I had a problem with SunTrust cashing there check you need two forms of ID which I understand but you're ssc is not one so I went CCB no problem just needed ID and now I'm a satisfied customer

They have everything you need in a bank. People are nIce and friendly. They are in line with service fees.

Always loved they're services, and friendly customer greetings and helpfulness,until last 10 days. Wow , it's been a circus. The ATM held back 20 dollars from me, my fingers where not strong enough to grab my money, went inside to notify personal. Filed report, was reassured that the money would go back in box. NOT. I GOT LETTER that basically stated I lied. I got all my money. There is no overage. I'm getting not paid back. As far as I m concerned I was robbed. No one cares the machine is right. Than ..my husband gets 1 fraud alert after another can't use his card, never mind the non-existent customer service from that, this morning I found out we got charged for a card that comes ? When? He is a truck driver he needed it fast, how is he going to get it on the road? When they are going to send out FREE CARDS because there is a problem, that they know of? DONE stick a fork in it

Capital City Bank decided to put both my personal and business accounts on hold this evening... with over $24,000 in my accounts... leaving me stranded at dinner and without gas. Then told me that the review department closed at 6 pm and I was out of luck until tomorrow. Does this sound like a bank that has your best interests in mind? Oh, and all of this over them wanting to see proof of a $1,000 payment I received... proof that I provided of course. 🤷‍♂️
