Went in for a loan Yalitza came in that day for me we were under hurricane watch. Called me that morning I came in within less then half hour she had everything done for me. Very friendly and lovely young lady. I highly recommend her.

The manager really does not know what she is doing. They advertise car purchase loans, After I was preapproved applied and get the hit on my credit, she tells me they don’t do car purchase loans. After escalating and as a return customer she checked with her supervisor and said they could. We submitted ALL documents then she calls me and disclosed to me the negative issues on the co applicants credit report. Tells me the personal credit issues with the other party but tells me she can do it under just my name. Then she calls the other party and discloses my personal credit info to them and tells that person she denied me. She did not talk to me directly to advise of their decision or provide any explanation. I heard it through another party. Not only unprofessional but illegal. Shame on you Beverly.

I just completed a loan application with Amber and she was great. She made it so easy for me to do everything online and went thru the documents with page by page. All I had to do was send them a copy of the front and back of my license and a copy of a blank check on my account. The money will go right into my checking account and I will them payoff my five credit card and only have one monthly payment. I cut up my credit cards and was going to close them but Amber advised me to keep them open because if I close them it will lower my score. She gave me great advice and walked me thru the signing process step by step. I would highly recommend Amber and OneMain Financial to anyone trying to payoff excess debt and improve their finances.
