Truist, Brooksville, FL

This bank is terrible! Actually all the Truist banks are garbage. I was originally a BB&T client and ever since the merger with Suntrust things have gone down hill fast! Customer service is quite a disappointment too. I’ll be closing all my accounts and switching to a credit union ASAP.

Drive thru is ridiculous. Taking 19 minutes per customer for transaction and when you pull up now and send the tube they don’t even acknowledge you. Have always had great service until recently.

I have always had a great experience with Chantel Z. Smart lady. If not for her I would have my 4 accounts somewhere else. She has turned this branch around in so many ways. I love suntrust again.

Whatever you do DO NOT Bank with this or any other SUNTRUST Bank I had a claim against a rental car Agency with evidence and proof that is was a fraudulent charge which put my Account in the Negative and they closed the case less than the 10 days they said it would take. SUNTRUST has a history of taking advantage of their Clients in the past. Whatever you do DO not Bank with DIS TRUST BANK

Convenient however may not always have money in the ATM and will have to go to Presto instead. Septic next to the area can linger into your car at times.

This branch has become almost useless since the merge. Would not recommend opening an account because it’s a headache to deal with these people.
