You would be better off with a payday loan. OneMain Financial has such poor customer service that it rivals Comcast. Also, they lie about loan terms. They play the old switch-a-roo under the premise of "oops, I made a mistake on that one", sign this too it says the same thing, etc. They have you sign on a computer signature pad so you never see the loan terms and they lie about them. They told me my loan payment would be $112 a month, but it's $112 twice a month. I have it automatically withdrawn from my account, but OneMain intentionally draws it late every payment and charges a late fee. Their website says they answer all emails within 48 hours. It should say we never answer emails. EDIT: below they ask me to email them. If they answered their emails, I would have given them more stars!

Everyone at this location has been EXTREMELY nice and honest with me. They did all they could to get me approved and did so for 3x the amount I needed which helped me even more!! I absolutely recommend My representative was Sam Guerrier. He was so kind and attentive and made sure the loan was handled the way I WANTED!!! This branch is by far amazing and I will definitely be using them in the future again!!

This the second time I used them first time was okay this time it has been a month for a debt consolidation loan and I my creditors still aren't paid and now they want their money too. I call and get nothing but a run around. Save yourself the major headaches and trouble and avoid this place!!!

Applied for a loan started thru the Credit Karma app. Tony from the Cape Coral branch phoned me to finish the process. Tony was friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. I would highly recommend OneMain Financial, the Cape Coral branch for all your loan needs.
