There was a slight disappointment in the beginning about the description of the properties they were advertising for sale... but can't really blame them as they don't actually see these properties first hand as they are not bought in clairmont Florida they buy these house for pennies on the dollar because of tax and condition problems. Faith is a pleasure to work with however Sean Lee the owner and buyer of these homes is a ghost who no one but faith ever see's. I was instructed by email to delete my post or edit my post so I deleted my old post to create this one... my advice to anyone looking to buy from this company is to have a full inspection done before any transfer of funds because as soon as u sign their contract you are responsible for everything... ms faith responded to my last edit by saying my first house was advised as a total rehab. However I have the emails proving they only claimed it needed a clean out I can post all 103 emails between me and this company. They are not to be trusted with their description of propertie . So here is my edit. I hope that this helps future homeowners make better decisions from my mistakes...

My boyfriend and I bought a house from Orange capital and the house was by as is there was trash inside the house from the floor to the ceiling there was trash in the garage floor to the ceiling we look past all that we loved the house we bought the house over a year ago I have no problems with faith are orange Capitol they did us right the pay a month was awesome and they did not do anything wrong. what they bought and sold

Beware this company will rip you off and steal your money if you don't do and sign papers allowing them to change terms of your agreement.

They are very professional and easy to work with. The office staff is wonderful.
