We came to Clewiston to escape Hurricane Ian in our Rv and I’m a member of Navy Federal Credit Union, Suncoast Credit Union and I called Everglades Credit Union and ask if they could cash a check and was simple told NO! It seams that rules might change during an Emergency but I guess Not!!!

Customer service over the phone is horrible! The “NEW” setup for online banking is the worst. Followed all steps given online & still no luck. Bank representatives had no clue on how to guide/help me resolve the issue! Waited hours for a callback & I’m still waiting!!

I would not recommend this credit union. Yes the employees are polite but they open in the morning kinda late for a bank. Customer support on the phone is worthless. I also got charged a fee when I would be told I wouldn't with no refund. Overall they just need better management.

Good bank been with them for about 8 years. The only thing i would say they should change is the hours they open at 9am which is kinda late and close early @ 4pm... They are doing a remodel expanding it lets hope they fix the hours 8-5

Hello I called Ady at Everglades FCU for my checking account. I can not begin to tell you how efficient she was. She called, emailed and or text me when she had a question or needed information. I have dealt with Ady before and she is always professional and courtesy. Thank you Ady , you always make us feel important and your bank makes us feel welcome.
