This place is a joke i brought a item into sell, and the staff plays around blinding each other with the item. then they start to slap each other around knocking the item out of one employees hand and on to the ground, and then only offered me 5$ for it after they broke it!

Nice establishment, tight, clean & professional. Bought the Gaming Workstation from Garb. His associate, cute energetic lady worked the numbers for me. Will be back if circumstances permit.

For the past two days10/21 and 10/22 I had to do business with this establishment on 10/21 I dealt with an employee name Jackie who Custer service skills were super. She made everything so simple for me. Today I dealt with a manager name Kris who really made my day.I purchased a iPhone and exchanged a necklace(without having the peace of mind warranty) and she made the experience great. She made sure I was happy and explained the importance of the peace of mind.

Terrible customer service and they low ball you on everything you try to borrow money on. The female that I dealt with was rude and didn't know the value of anything that I was trying to borrow money on. Told my wife that her four hundred dollar purse wasn't real because they were to stupid to know how to look up the serial number. Then after another female manager looked it up and seen it was an original MK, she had nerve to try and loan me little to nothing on. Terrible customer service and worst place to get a loan. Will never go back and I tell everyone i know to never go to them. God Father Pawn right down the street from Cash America has way better service and loan you more money for your things.

Super nice .. willing to negotiate on prices like pawnshops should be but so many these days want retail or what its selling on ebay for and wont make any deals at all . These guys here will haggle and make you a deal if they can on items !! I always shop here !!

Love this store. Customer service is awesome. One employee that stands out is Phillip. Very respectful always with a smile on his face. I love his attitude he treats everyone nice. When I standing in line his customer service is superb ❤️❤️❤️

Horrible pawnshop don’t dare. You’ll find out. Pawn, prices, service, grace, anything you may need from them they won’t help. Save yourself sometime. I tried to keep this short so I can get to the point. You are now at your own risk enjoy. HALF STAR
