My loan agent is the best. Teresa is extremely professional and intelligent. She loves what she does and is completely dedicated. There's not enough space for me to say all she did, but I'd give her 6 stars if I could.

I have never worked with anyone as personable and professional as Teresa Cacucciolo! She did an awesome job easing my nerves through the whole process of financing and purchasing the perfect home for us. She was always ready to answer the many questions we had and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process!

My story and experience goes something like this….. Selling our home back west and living in a fifth wheel bouncing between California And Nevada during Covid , my family and I were ready for a change and a place to settle. So selling all our things and loading our trailer we set sail for the strange country called “Florida” where the streets flowed with good fishing and alligators. As we traveled across the country facing peril and uncertainty I am proud to announce that none on our trip died from snakebite or Dysentery ( any cool kid who lived in the 90s should get that oregon trail reference). Upon arrival our dreams and hopes were high as we heard foreign words like “affordable” and “cheap”….words long forgotten by the California heathens….however our dreams were quickly shattered when I was told by 2 reputable lending companies that my debt to income ratio was too high and that I couldn’t afford a home in Florida. These “other companies” made outlandish suggestions on how to buy a house that would have taken at least two years in order to qualify!! Our dreams and hopes were shattered…we were almost forced to return west…that’s when I was referred to Teresa at Concorde Home Loans. When I told Teresa our grim assessment by the “other lenders”, I could almost hear Teresa’s inner voice say “Challenge Accepted”!! She never stopped fighting for us and she did the impossible for us!!! Don’t waste your time with anyone else, this company helped a poor California refugee find a home and now my wife, my kids, and myself are finally living in a home and we can finally settle down and enjoy the warm Florida weather and fishing!

Teresa was so easy to work with. She gave us lots of options on which direction and lender was best for our situation. She was also honest and prompt. We would recommend her and will use her again in the future.

We closed on our home, in the area we loved, in no small feat because of Teresa’s work. Anytime we needed estimates on homes; she was there. I went to two Credit Unions. One I have been doing business with since 2012, I did not feel like a “Partner” when their rates were too high and their requirements, too stringent. The other one was the same story. Happy I got Teresa to shop around for the best deal for my mortgage. They aren not a faceless bank that couldn’t care less about you future, I felt supported the whole way. THANK YOU!!

Teresa came in when we were rushed due to the incompetence of another lender, who shall remain nameless, but it sounds similar to pocket porridge. She was able to help us get our scores up to save on the rate, and executed every step of the process with unmatched efficiency! Having been in the mortgage business in the past I was beyond impressed with her professionalism, whilst at the same time being incredibly personable and truly concerned with us as people!
