My husband and I went in to the PSJ branch to do some (what we thought would be) lengthy banking. Well, Trisha and Desiree’ came out to assist us and we received VIP service. They are two of the nicest ladies we’ve ever dealt with. Thank you Launch for employing such high caliber people. We are so fortunate to live near this branch, we walk in the door, and are always treated so well.

WHAAAT! Launch credit union in port st John is IT! Big shout bout to my girl perla, she sis the best and super helpful, we love her so much! Being a single mother like myself she does what needs to be done!! Thank you so much girly! I’ll definitely be back up there to talk to her about a new debit card and also where she got that cardigan from lol!! Great place.

7 months ago I talked to a loan officer about getting a 6 month CD. He said I would get 2 or 3 thousand in interest.After 6 months I noticed when it rolled over I got $1200.00 Half what he said I would get. They should do the math and give you an exact amount when getting one.

I had a bad experience at another Launch location so I decided to go to a different branch and ask the same question. Kristian Holder saw me signing in and told me not to sit down he could help me right away. I told him about my bad experience and he said he could definitely help me with what I needed. I was so pleased with him! He took his time and explained everything. He made sure I left satisfied and answered every question. Thank you so much for all your help Kristian!
