FSU Credit Union - Crawfordville, Crawfordville, FL

I've been a long time customer and have always had great service, but wanted to specifically recognize Kristi McKenzie today. I know her outside of the bank and reached out for some help on some general info on cashier's check, as someone was going to be making a large purchase from us and we wanted to make sure it was a legitimate payment. Even on her day off work, she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to offer valuable information and reach out to the branch for further assistance. This is going above and beyond for customers! We appreciate her dedication to service.

My husband & I recently received an auto loan through FSU credit union in Crawfordville. Kaycee was an angel from day one! She was so helpful with a deposit that had gotten messed up in Tallahassee and she made sure she fixed it right away, she was very professional and good spirits. We applied for an auto loan and got the pleasure of working with Kaycee. She would have had our documents ready to sign and check ready to pick up in less than 5 hours of applying for the loan(delay on our part), we got our documents and check the following day before lunch. It was such an easy and quick process! We now plan on moving our other auto loan over to FSUCU. Their rates are awesome and their staff is even better!

Kristi McKenzie provided excellent customer service to me while working on options to finance a vehicle purchase through FSU Credit Union. She is my go to person at FSU CU. I will continue to be a customer of FSU CU and appreciate the service offered by Kristi. The excellent service that she provided is a rarity in today's world, especially in the digital sector.

I’m terrible at writing these things, and usually avoid it, but I had come here to write about Kaycee Britt’s phenomenal work ethic, and all around awesomeness. She went above and beyond to help me with a very stressful day because of a loan. After reading many of her other reviews to get an idea of how to write a review, I can clearly see that she is well liked by others for many of the same reasons I like her, and more!!! If you ever need help at the crawfordville branch I can promise she’s the one to ask for.

I was working with Kaycee Britt and she was hands down the most helpful, she really made me a priority and took such good care of me. Getting my first loan was confusing but she helped and explained every step of the way, and might I add, ALL THROUGH THE PHONE.
