The manager refused to authorize my western union to pick up money because the sender didn't include my middle name. I had the transaction number and all the sender info and everything correct. But to be nasty and spiteful they refused to process my WU. After asking for the managers name, Vanessa refused to give me her last name as if she knew she was wrong or hiding something. Very unprofessional and shady. I left to do the western union at publix where they processed it for me with no questions asked and NO ATTITUDE. I will never EVER step foot in this place again and I'll be sure to let all my friends and family in the neighborhood what happened here. Unacceptable.

This place was ok before they have new people I always cash my work checks here Today being a payday I decided to endorse the back of my check while I waited in line and they refused to cash my work check as it was not signed in front of them Awful service awful people

Its a shame there are no options for 0 stars!! Well, I received a check from work for $100 a few days ago and decided to get it cashed at this store. I handed my check to one of the employs who looked at it as if it was a piece of gold I handed to him. After this man along with 4 other coworkers determined this check may in fact be real they decided to call three contacts I had on file as well as my work to make sure it was real. Also, Do not forget to bring your calculators because half of the workers take a nice estimate on how much should be handed back to you as I had to learn the hard way. Unless you want to get hassled and spend 45 minutes depositing a $100 check BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !!!

So i walk in and cash my check, they give me 3 (100) dollar bills and 8 (20) dollar bills. Thats $460. I walk out of the store and go grocery shopping at publix and i use the money they gave me, and one of the $20 bills happens to be fake. I had $0 on me until I cashed my check, so the money is absolutely from them. The manager of publix tell me that the money is fake and she has to keep it so she can report it. When i go back to the check cashing place, they tell me they need the bill so that they can give me a real one in exchange. So, i retreived the $20 from publix and go back to the check cashing. Then the cashier behind the counter tells me that it is not fake. So i call the police and when they get there they confirm that it is, in fact, fake. And they have to confiscate it. So, even after it was confirmed to be fake, they still did not want to give me my money. Moral of the story : dont trust this place. They do not check to see if their bills are fake and i could have gotten arrested for trying to use fake money.

Amazing service, I was helped by Sara and she did amazing. Super sweet and helpful throughout the process and made it quick and easy as well I definitely will be recommending this place to my friends! Thank you.

This place was clean, as soon as I enter the staff greate me. I took my mom to do pay her bills and we where very pleased with the services.

I’ve been going there for years, I started over at the quail roost store where I met one Carmen she was the nicest person you could ever meet, then I started over to this store 18545 S Dixie, I can’t complain everyone has been great 👍 and helpful, thanks 🙏 everyone keep up the good work Amen 🙏 …

Come here monthly to pay my bills! Never have any issues. Staff is pleasant and helpful. No complaints.
