My wife did the loan , & I accompanied her . We love over all the empathy. The loan specialist was thorough explained everything in detail and made sure we understood and understood ways on how we can potentially better our credit in the future We had in the past gotten a loan through our bank but it took forever the process was very disorganized. I like how fast I received my funds after signing And how loan specialist followed up a month later great service. Thank you Ms.Navarro

Was pleasantly surprised with how quick and efficient Stephen Duran was. I believe another gentleman by the name of Carlos also helped out. Quick and simple way for any kind of loan really and they are very flexible depending on your situation.

This location is the worst I spoke to Ingrid and she didn’t help at all . My husband applied for a loan a week ago and she kept saying she will call and never did I had to constantly do her job and call her to check the status of my husbands application . Steven another employee put me on hold and hung up my call when I tried to call back it went straight to voicemail and had no way of getting in contact with him . I had to keep calling a different location to assist me this location is the worst do not go here .

This location some of the people are rude. Just spoke with someone about my account and HE said he the supervisor . IM TRYING NOW TO SWITCH to another location, dont want to talk to anyone in there if the top guy is rude and said that just how he talk. Stay away
