Listen. If you dont like people , dont work with people. Judgmental personalities and unreasonable rudeness definitely have a cause and effect , id rather cash my check at bank thats gonna charge me 20 percent with a line longer then tampas DMV . Somebody fix her attitude . PS I never write reveiws like this check my F$&@$& history!

I would not recommend this bank. In over 35 years of owning businesses I have never had a notary tell me she was uncomfortable notarizing a signature and reviewing a document as if she was an attorney. Needless to say we will be closing our/personal accounts and telling other businesses to do the same. Went right down the street to another bank that we bank with and had the paper notarized with no problem whatsoever. Look folks there are too many banks in the area that give great service and can handle your business and personal needs. poor customer service even to one person is unacceptable when there are other choices of banks.

Bank tellers/ manager lacks all kinds of compassion for others, maybe even finds joy in others suffering. I would love to explain the whole story of my experience here, but i can't handle typing it all out. I could have been a new member if shown some kindness and compassion. She had an opportunity to educate me about this bank, and persuade me to open an account, instead she was judgemental, and assumed that because i didnt have an account already that I couldnr open an account? SO, I will suggest people avoid this bank, and avoid banking here.

We are moving our business from a larger bank to FNBP and we couldn't be happier. Great customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff. They have gone above and beyond to help us with this transition and have quickly addressed any needs or concerns. Highly recommend banking with them!!

Always Feel Like Family When I Come In. Everyone Is Always So Nice To Me and Generally Friendly. Great Customer Service, Glad I Met Heidi. I recommend you bank here, they really do care about the community and their customers! And First National Bank Actually Do Support Small Business! Some other banks and Credit Unions fluff for image and attention. Thank You First National Bank and Staff for outstanding customer service! 💗
