Melissa was very rude and not a big help at all seems like I was a bother and didn’t want to help , but Brenda did go ahead and make me feel more comfortable I appreciate that thank you. Customer service is important !

Called to confirm they did notary services and the confirmed that they had a witness available. Drive out there to get documents notarized and get informed they do not notarize trusts. Would have been nice to mention over the phone before driving out there. Called the need below as requested. Agent had no clue what I was talking about and did nothing.

The customer service that I received during my past visit is the hands down best CS I have ever had at an establishment of this type. The staff exceeded my expectations in every way. Knowledge, kindness, all in aspects in general were met if not exceeded.

On August 5 , I came in to the store and used the atm to get money out my bank account to get a money order to pay my mortgage . Upon not receiving a money order I was accused of already coming in earlier that day and getting a 1200 dollar money order . And I was informed very nasty that to get another money order I need to give them my id . Well seeing that I have not been in there for a few months I was upset and pissed . I was not even in Daytona that day and I wasn’t in there either. So, I tell them no you can’t have my id and I walk out. (I did not feel comfortable with giving my personal info out for something that did not require it and I never been ask for it for a $ 600 money order.) When I leave , my wife calls the store to talk to the manager to tell him what happened and he is rude and nasty to my wife . He cusses her out and hangs up. So we went to another AMSCOT to see if this is a new way of doing business for this company . And come to find out it’s not and the new Amscot we went to was very nice and apologetic to me and my wife for the other store actions . They told me to call the We Care number. And i purchased my money order there . Long story short ,I felt embarrassed, discriminated against for being black and disrespected I know for a fact this store is in the “Hood” but NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE LOOK ALIKE . If you check your cameras you would see that I have not stepped foot in the store in months . Needless to say that day either. If accusing customers is way to get their id to check to see if they owe you guys money I will not support that business plan and I will be HAPPY TO GO PAY FOR MY MONEY ORDERS ,THAN GET YOUR FREE ONES.
