She went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of and in turn, will likely earn my business. I went In to open an account and apply for a loan. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to speak with Talisha. She was very professional and on point. Answered all my 100 questions with a smile and did not rush me out. This is not like the big banks and it is a very Nice feeling to have someone talk to you and actually explain what is going on throughout the application process. I am so glad i decided to give them a chance. I will be closing my account at my financial institution and will be doing all my business with Community South. This day and age for them to be so down to earth was a breath of fresh air. The big banks should take note of their policies and the way they treat customers. THANK YOU TALISHA for your advice and your professionalism. And patience. I had heard from people how this place was, all I can say is if you want that down home credit union that tries to help you. Give them a try and see for yourself.
