Check On Hold, Deltona, FL

I told them today the 1st that my loan would be paid as usual on the 3rd but they put the check through today, the 1st totally messing me up. I was hit with the hurricane with huge trees down which I was to pay for with that money and what I get on the 3rd was check on hold payment. I'm not at all happy and they will not answer the phone. I had a perfect relationship with this company until altamonte closed and Deltona took over.. pathetic.

These ladies are awesome. They are always very nice.

I went to cash a check after receiving hundreds of calls and things in the mail asking for my services. I drive 30 minutes. Waited 45 for them to decline the check after making me sign the check and putting a thumb print on it. The worse part is the employees were emailing my social security number, dob, full name, picture of my license to the "manager". They have no respect for your personal information or identity.
