Melanie was fantastic with helping us work through each document we needed to ensure everything stayed on track. Mike did a fantastic job at working with us throughout the process in finding the house and setting up all of the necessary appointments. Both Frank and Mike worked very well with communicating and procuring documents needed from my Charleston sale in order to facilitate the purchase in Dawsonville.
