Don’t try and get your watch sized here. Brought them a BRAND new watch to get sized. After 20 minutes of banging on it with a hammer. I’m left with a watch that’s loose and squeaky and I’m gonna have to order a new band for. Great! Extremely helpful. Made the band smaller. But destroyed it in the process Won’t ever be back. Thanks!

My transactions were handled quickly and efficiently by Renée. They involved immediate cash for a item that they bought, credit for an item I bought and holding an item for pawn. Excellent Service! Everyone was most helpful! I brought in a couple of computers and got a MUCH BETTER price for the repairs than anywhere else. One of the best things about it was that the people working on computers REALLY KNEW what they were talking about and did not try to rip you off like most of the places I have tried in the area!!! The service and competence amounted to what you would find YEARS AGO when people REALLY CARED about their job and the customer! I even brought some jewelry in on consignment and was given a better quote than anywhere else I had gone. The percentage from the sale given to the customer was at the highest rate I have encountered in the area! So 5 plus stars to these guys all the way around!

Amazing place and great workers! They have searched for several items for me that were impossible to find. Not to mention they have done amazing work for me that others said could not be done. This place is the best and I recommend it to anyone in need of any jewelry help especially when it comes to custom made jewelry.

I️ brought 8 pieces of jewelry to be appraised and possibly sold here. Employees were rude. Most importantly the owner was rude and unprofessional. Never received a call or follow up for items. Went by store 3 times to retrieve items and always met with excuses. Save your time and energy and do not give these people your business especially if it is jewelry related. I️ would give zero stars if I️ could.
