From five stars to one star in lightning speed. People in the branch are wonderful. However their "fraud" department has gone overboard in the last 12 months. From "freezing" my debit card because I used it a Winn-Dixie to requiring 2FA each and every time I login online. Then locking my account because I had linked QuickBooks Online to it. If you need a business account save yourself a lot of hassle and go elsewhere.

This Bank is Awesome!! Tammy and Bethany bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. I have both my personal and business accounts here. I can pick up the phone and make transfers without any hassle or paperwork. I have worked with many banks in the area and have never found one so accommodating as SmartBank.

After having a horrible experience with Smart Bank Tullahoma TN, It was very refreshing to be treated so courteously and professionally by the management team at Smart Bank Destin. Worst bank ever! Atm is always down and so is the site! You can't do anything online. They are very outdated. Crappy bank!
