We had a great experience working with Wendy and her team in the purchase of our house. They were knowledgeable and able to expediently answer every question or concern we had. It would have been nice to have the names of all of her team before starting up though just so I knew who I could trust with all of our electronic correspondence, sending sensitive information through email. But I would (and have already) recommend Wendy and Prime Lending to anyone in search of mortgage lending.

So two years ago when the market was insane and houses were going under contract within 24 hours of being on the market, we were just having the worst luck! Wendy stayed smooth and calm for us the entire time and helped us through the motions of everything and never got overwhelmed or gave us a hard time when we ran into issues.
