I couldn't decide on a 2 star or 3. The service is adequate. But my God !!! ease up on the dam air freshener!!! It's wayyy 2 strong! Gives me a headache when I have to come in.

I've been here on two separate occasions for notary services. Took them 20 minutes to look over my documents to tell me they can't do it. Don't waste your time if you need any important stuff notarized.

There is an older lady with short dark hair who works at this location who is without fail incredibly rude to me whenever I have to deal with her. She mumbles under her breath and seems upset she's being made to do what she is paid to do. Last time she gave me attitude when I came to get change and was complaining about how everyone has been going in to get change that day and how ridiculous that was. I've been holding off on making this review because I'm customer service myself and everyone has bad days but it's every single interaction with her and if I were to act this way toward my customers I'd have been fired. It's maybe best if she looks for a job where she doesn't have to work with the public because she is genuinely awful to interact with.

A good place to cash a check or get a free money order. Especially when your credit union is closed and you need cash. 5 out of 6 experiences here were positive 1 was negative, I had a rude cashier. Generally speaking the employees are professional, efficient and courteous. Overall, a pleasant place to do business!

Homeless sanctuary in Dunedin, surprising!

They need to get Ashley out of there, she is so rude and unprofessional. She should not be working with the public. Everyone else is very pleasant to work with. I went in to get a cash advance and we got into a big loud argument (very unprofessional on her part) I walked out, went to the amscott on Highland and got my money. I will be in touch with corporate about her behavior. And actually I found out she was totally wrong about what she was saying, which I new as I was standing there with my receipt that she refused to even look at. I wish they would watch the video of her behavior. This Amscott is right by my house but I go to Highland now.

I went to get a money order and was in and out quick. I’m not sure the woman who waited on me, but she was friendly and professional.

So Ashley. At this location accepted Money from me I accidentally said it was $200 but I gave her 400 and she wrung me up at 200 yes I made a mistake. But she counted it and never said it was 400 slide the 200 under the keyboard then I realized and said that is my other 200 And never was going to tell me. Yes I made a verbal mistake. But she was gonna steal it....she knew I caught her and got a Negative attitude. I will be making a formal complaint also. Beware of her I feel bad for anyone who doesn't catch simple mistakes...
