Customer service by front tellers is deplorable. Lady that does drive thru is amazing and extremely helpful. Would not let me pay a bill for a loved one in the hospital, so had to drive across town to come back twice. Last person took my payment. Unbelievably bad, and will be ridding my family of accounts here.

Worst bank I have dealt with in 40 years Tellers make errors and call to get you to come back to fix her errors When depositing cash they make who ever is depositing the money give driver license and SS Card !! Never have I been asked by other banks to do that
