I have been working with Dan he gave me run around for a month said the loan was approved and few days before closing told me that my loan is fraud. Watch out for this guy and his company. Making me spend money on appraisal moving fees every document he asked gave him with in the mater of hours. What a waist of time he told me he can't do my loan after the 30 days now my down payment of $11k is jeopardy for which I will be suing him. Also he showed interest in the property I was purchasing telling me I got a good deal and he is looking to buy a home for her daughter in the same are and how unsuccessful he is. I wonder if he did this on purpose to go after that property. Obviously I am keeping a close eye on the situation and my attorney is aware of this. He seamed very nice in the begging but won't even pick up the phone and talk to you and see what else he can do to help. Said the lander flagged my loan yet did not give a Lander letter. BE AWARE OF THIS GUY & HIS COMPANY!!!
