Carlos was very polite and helpful on the phone and gave me the information I needed . He was prompt and professional. He explained very clearly and gave me options to pay my loan. I appreciate his customer service.

My experience with this branch wasn’t at all a good. Something that could’ve been so simple from the start turned into a nightmare. The employee “Dane” needs to be trained on how customer service works and how assist the customers with their needs without it being stressful. He wasn’t trying to help. All I wanted to do was transfer my loan from one collateral to another and he wanted me to apply all over again as if I was just getting the loan. I was very patient and did everything thing he asked me to do. I told him I traveled for work and I wasn’t in Fort Lauderdale at the moment to visit the branch to sign documents and is there another branch in the area in which I was working so I can swing by and sign them there and at first he said No! I looked it up myself and realized he was lying. He then sends over the paperwork to the branch I found and have me drive there twice which was 1 hour each way away from me just to sign. After I realized he was giving me the run around I asked him to speak to a supervisor or manager and he ignored my request. Until a couple days later when I refused to deal with him anymore he suddenly put the branch manager on which I believe his name is David which was super helpful and respectful and helped me through the process and I didn’t even have to reapply or refinanced his loan! He just simply transferred the loan to a different collateral and have me pay a small fee for the transfer and all went well. STAY AWAY FROM DANE!!! He doesn’t know what he’s doing or talking about. Thank you Carlos for making this so smooth and being so honest with us and guiding us through the whole process. We appreciate being able to get this done for us in such a quick time too. This company is great to deal with honestly.

Worst location to be involved with. I’ve used the company in general for many years now and out of all branches this has been the biggest nightmare from day one. No one knows what’s going on and once you have a loan they will not make any accommodations if you miss a single payment. I called them as my employer changed to biweekly and said I’d be a week late on my payment. They said there’s no accommodation and call me 10-15 times a day asking for the payment even while in my grace period.
