We ended up getting our house at the last minute so they will fight for you BUT don’t expect your loan to stay with them like their mission and vision statement say. They already sold off their whole company and our loan along with it after 2 months of paying them and jumping thru hoops to send paperwork afterwards that they wanted. The main reason we chose them was because the loan wouldn’t be sold. 2 months in and it’s gone. Again, we got the house but why lie and sell the loan immediately, not even the end of the year like most do.
