Home 1st Lending is a fantastic company to deal with. Kenny Baker and his team far exceeded expectations in every way. Kenny’s team is very responsive and always there to help along the way. We never felt like we were alone in this process. I also would like to say if you are looking for someone who never gives up when it comes to getting your loan done you found them in Kenny Baker. He is an absolute phenomenal person and an even better loan officer. We couldn’t be happier with Home 1st and the team. I also would like to mention there fabulous processor Dusty. She is absolutely amazing and such a pleasure to deal with. My family will now have many years of enjoyment and memories made in our new swimming pool and refinance thanks to the team here.
