I am a current customer with a car loan. I have not had a problem until I had a problem with my payment, I went on vacation and some decided to drain my bank account. So my payment bounced and they ran it three times back to back, which caused me to go in the negative with NSF. I asked why did they do that and all I got was its our policy. I would not use them anymore that showed how selfish, greedy and arrogant they are now.

I Signed up multiple times for auto pay due to my busy schedule and forgetting things often. Initially they stated my account info was incorrect however I don't see how when it's the same account they deposited the loan money into. Anywho I ended up having additional charges etc and when questioning the issue the district manager Tiffany was getting frustrated showed lack of patience turned her computer around to show notes in my account as if that meant anything to me just really rude and stuck up. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. I understand it's not their fault about my forgetfulness but just a little more appreciation for their client as well as respect would have been appreciated.

They lie they have false information they are lairs and let people get loans that have no real income coming in and won't give some one a loan that has a job

This people RIP OFF wasting time DONT USE THIS COMPANY THIS COMPANY RIP OFF THIS PEOPLE I PROBIDE MY SC THEY RUN MY CREDIT 2 time my score credit went down 10 Point. RIP OFF PEOPLE

I'm truly impressed. I've worked with several comparable companies and OneMain Financial was the easiest to work with. Not only did they offer me a fairly big loan at a decent rate, they worked efficiently and professionally, and I got the money I need in record time. I not only highly recommend them but would think of them first if I ever need another loan.

Horrible. We’re very rude to me. Accused me of talking badly about the manger because I didn’t get the loan in which I wanted. Which isn’t true I’m not a child. I don’t need to make up stories to get people in trouble. I’m very astonished by the horrible treatment in which I received.

Incompetent place I wouldn't recommend they don't return phone calls they don't know how to do their homework they don't know how to do anything correct I'll call you to tell you your bills do but they won't call you back if you leave him a voicemail I've had this happen to me multiple times more than four times actually I don't recommend this company whatsoever I would suggest you go elsewhere
