This was my first time with this business and it was actually the first time I've ever gotten a payday loan. I was so nervous and I have anxiety from a lot of things that are not important. What is important to me was the way I feel when I walk in any business. I will know when I walk in the door if it's going to be a good experience or not and it was going very well. I was shocked because I have heard of a lot more bad experiences in these types of establishments than good. I was not sure what to bring and it took me a while to get my stuff together due to the fact that it is a new thing for me and the woman behind the counter was just wonderful to me! She probably noticed my discomfort so she was super nice and joked with me and talked about what is going on in the world and I was instantly put at ease with her good nature. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely return to this establishment. Merlinda is the manager of the store from what I understand and I think she deserves a real raise because it's not easy for me to be out there in a situation such as this because it always makes me feel bad for being unable to afford to make it without the need for a check cashing place.
