Quick service, friendly and informative. They even pointed someone in the right direction when they couldn't help them themselves. I had a good experience.

I highly recommend NOT shopping here. I don’t come here to pawn anything, I only buy. A few months ago I put several pieces on layaway. My first issue they told me I had one amount due and when I came to pay it went from $150 to over $300. Even though they knew the employe told me the wrong thing they were still not willing to accommodate until I told them I could and would pay but I would be filing a complaint because they’re scamming people. Had I not been able to pay for my jewelry they would have profited from everything I had paid. A few months later I’ve paid off all my jewelry as of yesterday. I wore a couple of the pieces and one of the earrings instantly started making my ear itch really bad and swell up. I had someone look at it and they said the diamonds are real but one of the earrings isn’t real gold. Rather than completely refund me for selling me something other than what I was told I was offered $40. Then he offered me half. I took what I could for them since I can’t wear them and I don’t want it to be a total loss but I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

Shawn was so helpful and so was the manager. They’re incredibly friendly and went above and beyond with my purchase. I’ll definitely shop here again.

Horrible customer service, dude wouldnt put his phone down long enough to acknowledge what was going on and wasnt knowledgeable about anything. Absolute waste of time
