I had the pleasure of having Ms.Pamela to assist me. I have to say she has great customer service and is very friendly. She greets everyone by their name. Made me feel so comfortable and gave me all the knowledge I needed for my loan. Answered all my questions with no hesitation to make sure I have everything I need. Thank you again. Great service !

I needed funds quickly for an emergency and went to Instloan for help. Pamela was fast, friendly and efficient. She made me feel welcome and comfortable and got me the help I needed with minimal stress and effort. As long as Pamela is working there, I'm a customer for life!! Thanks Pamela!!

Update. I was able to speak to Pam yesterday. She was awesome as always. She was able to reschedule my payment with no problem. The rude person from the previous day was their new manager. He was right that I don't have a 5 day grace period. He was wrong that their isn't one, It's 10 days. Also, there is a reply to this review from "owner". The number is for the corporate office, who had no idea why it's there or what I was talking about. I have been a customer, off and on, for several years . My loans have always been paid off on time, and early several times. This company has always been awesome to work with. They have been there everytime I needed a little extra help. Friendly, helpful and understanding if I needed a few extra days. All the staff over the years, Most recently Lovely and Pam have been extraordinary. Today I called to ask for extra time as my paycheck wasn't as much as I thought. The person who answered the phone identified himself as Sean. He was immediately very short and condescending with me, even before I could fully explain what I needed, escalating to rude and disrespectful. I have never been spoken to that way and will not do business with people who treat their customers that way. Basically called me a liar when I said it had never been a problem in the past and that my contract allows 5 days before a late fee is even added. The result of the conversation was he would give me no extra time to make a payment. If this is the new look for Instaloan I'm sorry and this will be my last experience with them.
