As someone who has worked for a finance company Most companies do not deny after a pre approval . I won’t give a long spill here but I’ll just say the world would be a better place if people were honest and transparent upfront instead of treating people like they’re just another number . Thankfully God is good and doesn’t give us more than we can handle.

Been a customer for about a year a half, needed some extra money but didn't know what to do. Justice reached out to me, advised me about the refinance they offer. I was hesitant bc I didn't want extra debt. She was extremely patient when answering all of my questions. She was able to get me a better offer and a lower interest rate than what I was already paying. As a consumer, it's nice to know some employees still believe in giving outstanding customer service. Thank you Justice!

I've had multiple loans that I've paid off and have been dealing with them for 10 plus years and have never been so much as 1 day late on any of them. I recently went in for another and was mislead and then offered a loan nowhere even close to the amount or terms THEY said I was qualified for based on my credit rating and the fact I was one of their highest rated customers and had a perfect raiting and record with them. What they offered me was ludicrous and insulting. I wasted a day and money driving 50 miles round-trip after being told to come in and everything was in order and we just had to sign and close. Classic bait and switch. They recently lost their long time manager and a long time loan officer at the office I've been dealing with for years and they always treated us with the utmost respect and honesty. I would venture to bet they left due to the company's change in policies. I'll never use nor recommend anyone to them again.

There will not be a single "shot fired" with regards to professionalism, courtesy or respect shown by OneMain. The people at the Fort Walton Beach office are really friendly and polite, just as you would expect in the Floribama. Savannah and Hannah were the two that I'd go-to with whatever concerning my truck note. Only knew them by phone though, me having moved on to other parts of Florida. To protect their investment a little bit, OneMain provides 24-hour roadside assistance through FIMC. That has come to save me on numerous occasions. FIMC is incredible. Now the not-so-nice parts... OneMain itself is a ruthless institution that manages to function in the murky area between banking and predatory loan sharking. Their terms are fierce and manage to bury you in endless payments, ultimately paying triple to quadruple what your vehicle is worth at any given moment. There are hidden "things" that they tack on as well. The way they source many of their new clients is by running a check on new vehicle registrations in the county and neighboring ones. There has to be a better way. In my opinion and this is despite the niceties mentioned, it's not really worth it. If you're looking for a Refi, find another solution.

The most horrible group to work with AVOID at all costs. You wait days for things to process. I hold with local office ridiculous wait times. Manager has no customer service skills.
