Prime lending is a popular lending company in the area, and when our amazing realtor recommended we use them, specifically Felicia Scaife, for our first time home buying experience, we went straight to them. Felicia was nice throughout the whole experience, but there were times where my husband and I felt like she was condescending or lacking interest in answering our typical excessive first time home buyer questions. We did also feel like we had to be the ones to reach out and ask what else we needed to do to move into the next step of the lending process. We were always prompt in presenting documents or providing explanations for anything they needed clarification on, and our promptness allowed us to close about 5 days early. Gave a 4 star because while the process went smoothly, we didn't feel like we got the 5 star treatment through the process.

Bridget was so helpful and patient. As an immigrant, the process is quite tedious as compared to citizens but she didn’t give up on me. She took the time to elaborate on the types of loans and the ones that are best for me. I will definitely recommend Prime Lending to anyone. They have a solid team here in Fort Walton. -Kwadwo
