Synovus Bank, Fort Walton Beach, FL

This bank is absolutely AWEFUL!! As a real estate investor having done many real estate transactions I was absolutely shocked at the service provided. I was given the incorrect terms and rates for the loan and once in contract I received very poor communication. They dragged this out for over a month without an appraisal or any communication to the title company. I finally called a higher up who admitted the rep had given me misinformation and tried to negotiate terms closer to what the rep assured me they were. I have now filed a complaint with the state and department of fin services to begin an investigation on this matter. There's no telling how many people they've done this too and how much time and money they've cost other customers. Very unethical and unprofessional.

Just moved back to FWB and getting my new address updated with various vendors has been no walk in the park. However, a gentleman named Andrew Rowe was a bright spot in my day. Andrew was super nice and eager to help. Thanks, Andrew!

I have had accounts (personal, business, family trust) with the Wright branch of the bank over the past 47 years. Never had a problem of any sort. Have dealt with many bank employees and always received friendly, competent service. Appreciate and highly recommend this bank.
