Trying to access my $$$ they locked my account because they said I had “ no activity “ they said they unlocked it but it’s still locked and it’s Monday June 20 which they say is a holiday so their closed? WHAT HOLIDAY I’ve tried calling and spoke to Darren in the main office a who told me it would be unlocked and my money available that afternoon- THAT WAS A WEEK AGO it’s still not available.it’s July 11th and 3 weeks since trying to access . Still no access . I’ve spoken to Darren and Naletha in the main office and they have contacted the local branch but still no access.

The branch itself which is where I got my HELOC was great the paperwork was easy the whole process was simple. However, now that I've sold my house corporate is making paying them their money back the most frustrating and annoying experience with a bank I have ever had. It was more difficult and arduous than my actual primary mortgage. I will never do business with this company again because of this.

Olena was our agent and made the process very smooth and comfortable. She called when we were missing documents and gave us the hold your hand the whole way experience. From start to finish took a little over 2 months. The rate lock is an awesome product!
