Although the staff are nice; after you spend 30-45 minutes setting up your account they tell you that you cannot access your funds for 10 business days (that’s 15 calendar days). If you need your money for kid’s college, or just anything, don’t support this local business. Now if you don’t need your money, feel free to have it in lock down! Guess 90 days to close my accounts can’t come soon enough!!

Staff is always friendly. But missing forms and overdraft fees that can in no way be refunded. Fees to move your money from saving to checking to cover as well. Lots of fees and no leeway. I wanted to love it but will be moving to Ally permanently which has been amazing.
