My experience with One Main Financial was great. I went in nervous being that this was my first time. Granted I wasn't able to get what I went in for, however I walked out with a more reasonable deal. I worked with David. He is very patient and informative he walked me through everything. Very honest. I told all my friends and family about him and told them to ask for him. I was with another company initially for my car payment and they wouldn't refinance. But David was able get me a much lower price for my car payment and give me a loan to help me with some other bills. I'm so glad I went to this office.

One Main Financial was there for me when no other lending company would offer assistance. They were friendly and professional. Acquiring accurate and concise information to properly provide the best services they could offer and avail the most important resources to me. I was qualified in minutes and the whole process was painless and worry free. After one year they reviewed my payment history and offered further assistance to avail additional financial aid. I was a previous client with them at hallandale office .Now for the second time really bad services and actitude with clients after checking my credit, summit all paper work and told me I was approved then no it was cancelled where all my information goes? Always full of excuses. After previous approved loan and paid off before my due day and never miss a payment. Personel in office needs to be trained better or be recluted to a military campus base on customer services. The main office, owner , headquarters needs to be involved or do something about local offices because your will loose way more clients.
