Outstanding customer service! The Loan specialist, Niurka Reyes provided us with excellent customer service. She was very professional, patient, and helpful in helping us through the loan process from beginning to end. She went the extra mile to help us close the deal the same day. I have dealt with One Main Financial at the Hialeah Office three times and every time the experience has been amazing. Rosa was there for me always answered my questions, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, always got right back to me, made this process very easy and helped me get exactly what I needed, Highly recommend Rosa for your financial needs

Hello, Where to start…This has been by far the best,easiest,and most effective loan I have received to date. I got to the place,my agents name was Leyanis Gonzalez,she was extremely precise with all explanation!!! The manager also greeted me right before my departure,the gentlemen’s name was Pedro Martinez!!! This branch deserves 7 stars not 5! Thank you all…
