Being my first visit i was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness and friendly associates. Especially Jorja, she was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Update: I needed a little extra money to run away from hurricane Ian. Denise was wonderful! She is so friendly and caring! I really didn't have to do anything but just show her my ID and she guided me and took care of the rest. It's a great stress relief knowing that I won't be stuck at home because I don't have any money if we have a hurricane scare again. I just got a loan from Ace Cash Express and I feel like I just borrowed money from my closest friend. Tanya was wonderful and Richard and Denise were very kind and pleasant to talk with. To top that off they loaned me 4x the money that other place offered me. Look, we are in the middle of a pandemic, it has affected not only our physical health but our financial Health as well, so do not be embarrassed if you have to get a little help to make it through these awful days. I'm so relieved that Ace Cash Express came through for me in such a kind and pleasant way. And I don't feel like I'm being robbed by the repayment charge, it is very reasonable. I'm not being paid to say these things, I just want other people who may need a little help to be able to have the same wonderful experience that I received from Ace Cash Express today.

We were in a pinch for cash and needed to get a loan and was approved and walked out with cash in 10 minutes. Denise was very nice, and personable. She gave us examples of what our payments would be for a few amounts and what would equal more money in fees. Would definitely come and see her again if need be

First, I would like to say that I have been borrowing from you guys on and off for the last 10 years. Every time I have come into the clearwater location on US 19 (which is now closed) or the Holiday location everyone has been wonderful to me. My last loan was through the St. Pete location, and I needed a few days extension on my loan because I need to pay my rent. When I called the St. Pete location Martina answered the phone and she had me in tears, telling me I needed to come into that location to set up a payment arrangement. I explained to her "mam, I live 45 minutes away" from that location and I work 70 hours a week. Can you please tell me what my grace period is? She kept refusing and told me I needed to come into the office. What blew my mind is Martina never looked me up to review my loan. She told me as a favor she was going to reach out to her loan officer and to see what she can do. However, the previous times where I have been told me my grace period and allowing a couple extra days to make the payment is apparently against the rules. I hung up the phone and spoke to Denise at the Holiday location and she was WONDERFUL! She helped me and told me even if I was going to come in to do a loan extension it would be too late, but she told me what my grace period was, and I felt so relieved afterwards! My go to location from now on with most definitely be the holiday location because they have always been so helpful to me! Thank you so much Denise!!

Awesome customer service. Awesome services available to the client. I was down and out, BOA who iv been checking with would not cash a check for me. Even thou it’s my personal bank for 15 years. Ace saved my day and they did it kindly. Denise was sweet and informative. Ty Ace!
