Stay away from this bank. They take advantage of the people big time. You will end up playing 3 times the amount that you borrow with the HIGH interest rate. And forget about working with them. They will just sell your account to these money hungry lawyers and they will get their money trust me. Not contacting no branch of one main. You guys already got me for enough with your FEES and interest you add on to the life of the loans. If are reading these reviews… just try your best to avoid this scam company.

I wanted to share my experience that I have had with Bianca at this branch. I had become furloughed April of 2020 and it was been quite the roller coaster, but through out this entire process, Bianca has been extremely kind, sensitive, professional, and really took the time to stay on my claim and worked with me on my payments. She never once belittled me or made me feel like I was less then because I was furloughed and could not afford the payments. Bianca has truly been a God send, and One main should use Bianca as the model of how all employees should treat clients. Thank you so much Bianca

WORST LOAN COMPANY OUT THERE!!! STAY AWAY from this bank. If you are looking at these reviews you are having doubts for reason. They make everyone before signing off your loan to fill out a review right there in the office. So really most of them are fake reviews. Forget about working with them if you fall behind. They will not work with you and just sell your account to their attorney and make your life HELL!

It was excellent, they always come through. The staff is very good, when you put the application in. The next day, they get right back with you. That's the kind of business I like.
