Truist, Homosassa, FL

I needed help with an Estate, that for me was quite complicated and involved quite a few accounts at Truist. Two young ladies there, Leah and Shannon were extremely patient and helpfull. Wonderful service.

I typically use the drive-thru ATM, which is more reliable since they replaced their old one that malfunctioned, but I have also seen some of the same tellers for almost 10 years. They continue to maintain a professional and consistent service.

I have found the most incompetent staff in the Homosassa Truist branch of any bank I have ever visited or done business with. There cannot be a worse run bank anywhere else in this world. The staff is uneducated, rude, and cannot serve the needs of the customer. I have had nothing but problems caused by the idiots who work in the Homosassa branch. I made a HUGE mistake opening up accounts there, which I will be closing ASAP! Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch of stupidity!

not a dig at the Sugarmill location, Sun Trust in general. Deposited a bank issued certified check for over $5000.00 was told it would be placed on hold for a day or so, i was ok with this. However, i was not told that the FULL amount wouldn't be available for 9 days! They release a little at a time! Either the certified check cleared or it didn't. Remember, this was a bank issued Certified Check, not a personal one. I bet if i make a withdrawal it would be debited instantly!

ATM Rarely works and slow when it does, and it loses deposits.
